22 Jan 2009My Lancia Beta Coupe
I found this car when I was working away on a contract job in Nelspruit. My family was in George and I needed some transportation. This car served me well during that time and later a gas flowed head and some other performance goodies were fitted. I had some overheating problems recently and the car is in King Williams Town for an engine overhaul.
Monday 18 May 2009 Plans are to start with revamping Beta. I will construct an A-frame and tow her to my brother in King Williams Town where she will get her ‘face lift’.This will take some time as he is a very busy guy in his body shop and workshop, so work on Beta will be done only during quieter times. We will keep you posted. In the mean time I will get some ‘before’ pictures and post it here, check it out soon…..

Hi nice good luck with the Beta it looks a cool classic car christian we seem to have a common thing about old nice cars if yo see any nice old 190E for sale in south africa let me know I would love a 2.3 16 valve Cosworth or the 2.5 version its my dream car who knows also its a nice website

Cheers from Argentina.. I´ve just bought a lancia beta coupe similar to yours but mechanically it seems that I will have to do a lot of things to the engine and carburator, etc…… do you have more pictures of yours ? I would appreciate if you can send me some. thks in advance.
